V Mendoza Roofing Inc. works with each homeowner to see what fits their budget. Our financing options depend on the size of the job, the down payment amount, and the homeowner’s credit score.

Please be aware that all loan options have a fixed term and fixed interest rate. There are NO pre-payment penalties. For the reduced interest loans, the monthly payment is determined by a “payment factor”.
